01 Initial Discussion

Gathering inputs from you, mapping the existing system, and studying both your business goals and the project’s critical path are integral aspects of our approach. You can engage in interviews with our developers, connect with the project manager, and gain insights into our company. We would return with a prototype to make sure we’re all on the same page.

02 Sign Contract

Negotiate on the terms of agreement and commercials for kickstarting the project.

03 Project Kick-Off

Together, we establish mutual understanding regarding the project’s objectives, milestones, expectations, reporting frequency, scope, deadlines, and communication modalities

04 Elaboration

If you’re not clear about the end product, this stage is important. Our team can do the analysis required to work your vision into technical specifications, develop project design, define team requirements, and create time and budget estimates.

05 Implementation

We can track all the tasks on Jira.  The Project Manager keeps you posted on the progress and immediately responds to any feedback. Before going to the final stage you’ll see a demo of your project.

06 Stabilization

We conduct performance and load testing of the implemented functionalities, following a checklist and test plans. We also manage any additional change requests.

07 Product Release

We deliver using Agile Methodology, so you always have the latest working model of your product for an early market release if needed. The constant feedback loop helps to build a better product.

08 Transition

Prior to final acceptance, we organize the source code, binaries, and documentation for thorough testing, ensuring that all deliverables align with the established expectations.

09 AfterCare

We don’t simply deliver a new solution, we actually make your system work flawlessly after it is delivered, by providing real-time technical support and adjustments wherever needed.
